Your feedback has been completed, what happens next?
Your feedback is available to your primary contact or provider in the form of a report. The amount of focus you place on the report during your conversation may vary. However, it is important that you continue to provide feedback throughout the process. This helps you prepare for the times you meet with your primary contact or provider. By giving feedback, you increase your participation and it becomes easier to ensure that the support and treatment you receive is right for you.
