“I didn’t quite know how to express what was going on inside my head. I could sit at home and think of many things I wanted to say but when I came to the session, my mind was blank. Now my therapist knows what have been worrying about before I meet her.”
Norse Feedback`s technology takes into account that we all have different challenges in life and different resources to cope with these. The system gives each individual a voice that conveys these complexities. Both internal and external factors are taken into account. The technology provides a single visual overview for the practitioner.
When the patients invest time before the appointments to reflect on how they feel, they are better prepared and more involved in their own therapy.
In a vulnerable situation it is not given that patients are able to express their needs. The technology provides the patients an opportunity to report to the practitioner how they have been prior to the sessions. Using their cell phone or computer they are able to respond in a safe place. The patient engages, the provider gets signal and the feedback guides the treatment.

The Norwegian Health Authorities require that clinicians use a feedback system. Norse Feedback`s technology enables continuous feedback from the patient. The patients feedback can be saved and exported to their medical records as a pdf file.
This law says that the client or user has a right to participate in the implementation of health and care services. The client or user also has the right to participate in choosing between available and justifiable forms of service, examination, and treatment methods. The form of participation must be adapted to the individual’s ability to give and receive information. The use of Norse Feedback`s technology helps the providers meet these requirements.
